Before I can negotiate though, I need to market and promote your home. I do this by implementing my very successful marketing plan. My marketing plan has over 9 years of Vancouver real estate experience put into it and it is still evolving as new technologies and marketing ideas emerge. During a market evaluation we will discuss the current market trends in general as well as recent sales of homes in the area that are comparable to yours. It is also a great opportunity for you to get to know me and ask any questions that you may have. I will also have questions for you that may affect the value of your property as well as recommendations for you on how to best prepare your home for viewing and subsequent sale.
